Does a negative attitude contribute to mental illness? I've 'survived' manic depression for the past four years and I want to try something new to see if changing the way I think will really contribute to a more productive and 'luckier' life.
This is a project based on Dr. Nigel Overton's recommendations and the Luck Project by Prof. Richard Wiseman. Let's see if a change in attitude can really change someone's life.
